Sloane Curtis offers a full range of construction related services backed by proactive customer service and expert project management. With our head office based in Hertfordshire, our Northern Office in Warrington and our Southern Office in Crawley, we are ideally located to offer national coverage within the UK.

We operate largely but not exclusively within retail and commercial environments across the UK, with our offices being located minutes from the UK’s motorway network.

The company is owned and managed by experienced construction specialists, while the team — representing every essential key skill — has been carefully handpicked over many years. Together we form a team that is not only formidable but also approachable and responsive. An interdependent attitude within the core of the company engenders efficiency, performance, quality and speed, which in turn leads to an unrivalled level of service being delivered to our clients.

Sloane Curtis are registered with Constructionline, the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service, and also with SSIP Acclaim and CHAS. We work under both formal and informal contractual arrangements and are proud of our exemplary record of staying within clients’ budgets and time frames.

Sloane Curtis is led by Managing Director Lee Caswell, supported by the Board of Directors who together manage, monitor and influence the company’s strategic direction. Our Directors are responsible for the company’s operational and overall performance, and for implementing the principles and policy framework of the organisation.

Under the leadership of Lee Caswell, Sloane Curtis has developed two main business streams — Refurbishment and Fit-out, and Enabling and Infrastructure.

Our training, health and safety, quality and environment functions are independently audited to ensure governance and compliance against internal and industry standards, all managed centrally from our head office. Company and individual performances are recorded and are in turn reported to the board on a regular basis. This governance structure ensures that in addition to a sound financial performance, Sloane Curtis operates safely, ethically, sustainably and responsibly, with qualified professionals in all areas of the business.
